I have a brand new Dell Inspiron 15-5555 Labtop that is extremely slow.
I have a brand new Dell Inspiron 15-5555 Labtop that is extremely slow. I have run computer diagnostics and do not have any issues that appear. Startup is slow, opening the web or Microsoft office products etc. is extremely slow. MY 7 year old labtop runs just as fast as this brand new labtop.

Can you check if this happens when you are in safe mode?
Do you have any anti-virus application installed?

I just tested safe mode and the same things happened.
I have the MacAfee antivirus that came on the laptop when I bought it.
I sent you a PM with the requested information.
