I'm unable to get into my graphics card control panel.

I really don't know what to say I have a NVidia issue with my laptop. Funny thing is its HP. After days of trying on multiple forums to get help I was suggested to go on here to get help. I need to locate the Original 8.1 driver / packages from my laptop and use them in Windows 10 .

And If my motherboard BIOS is compatible with Windows 10.

Another funny story is that according to the salesman at BestBuy my HP 15-f162dx Notebook PC ALL Has another laptop like it with 4 GB ram made by Dell.

Look at This forums post if you need info. forums.geforce.com/.../:11:5]

Also HP does not want to help or supply drivers for the card.
