I need help!! Someone please!!

I have an inspiron 1520.

I started it up, as normal and it got to the part where I put my password in and I accidentally unplugged it.

As it restarted it reads as follows:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.

2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."

3.Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status:0xc000000e

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

I called Dell, they were of NO help! I do not have a disc. I have NO clue what to do.

Press F12 at powerup and load the Dell diagnostics.  Run an extended hard drive test, which will likely show your hard drive has failed.

You'll then need a new hard drive and a copy of Windows
