INSPIRON 15 7579 2-in-1 AUDIO
I have an Inspiron 15 7579 2-in-1. Paid a boat-load of money for it.
The audio sounds tinny and garbage. My 5 year old Chromebook sounds way better.
The drivers are MaxAudioPro.
Is there any way I can swap the drivers; maybe install Dolby drivers?

Hello. The factory-installed audio driver is one of the Realtek drivers. WavesMax is software enhancement that comes with the Realtek driver.
Your choices for drivers are Realtek or the Windows native audio driver. The audio might be worse with the the native driver because it won't have the enhancements.
To get the native driver to install, remove the Realtek driver and all of its files.
1. Open the Device Manager.
2. Expand the "Sound, Video & Game Controllers" section.
3. Right click on "Realtek High Definition Audio" and select to uninstall.
4. Put a check mark in the option to delete the driver software, and then ok.
5. Restart the laptop and go back to the Device Manager and check again for a Realtek driver.Keep uninstalling & restarting until Realtek no longer appears under Sound...Controllers.
