Insert "TrayApp" disk

I don't know if I'm posting in the right spot.  When I turn on my computer I get a popup screen that says I need to insert the 'TrayApp' disk.  I can not cancel the pop up and I don't know what it is for or what that disk is.  This is the first time I have gotten the pop up.  Please help

At some point, somewhere, somehow, all of you
either deleted or uninstalled some printing or imaging software components
from HP.

If you have any CD's of recently installed printer software, like I did,
insert the DVD/CD when prompted to install the TrayApp. Then, navigate to
the folder on the disk called, "TrayApp", in there you will find a .msi
installer called, "TrayApp".

Click on that, hit OK and the Imaging Monitor should extract the trayapp
automatically.

Tray App installers are on the Image Zone Disks that came with your
computer and almost alway on printer software installers.
if still any more issues mail me back

Thank you for the advice.  I put in the disk for the printer and it fixed the problem I was having.  Thanks a lot.
