Inspiron 14R N4010 RAM upgrade problem

Hi there,

Since few days ago, i've been trying to upgrade the DRAM of my N4010. I tryed a pair of 4gb Kingston KVR13S9S8/4 module. In the BIOS it recognizes all 8Gb but with the 1066mhz dram frequency... and after the boot screen... before the windows logo appear... my laptop reboots... and keep doing this until i put back my original Hynix 2GB PC3-10600 DDR3-1333MHz (which shows too 1066mhz in the dram frequency bios item).

What can I do or what is the problem?
