Inspiron 14r Touch Screen Not Working

Hi,

My touch screen has recently stopped working for an unknown reason. I looked under "Devices' in 'Device Manager' using the side 'Search' tool and I actually can't find the touch screen program anywhere. I ran a Diagnostics Test for it and it said that the device could not even be found. Can you help me find an installation of sorts for the touch screen? Please help me figure this out!
