Inspiron 15 3520 Right side USB Ports not working
The two USB ports on the right side of my Inspiron 15 3520 don't work.
My hard drive died, and I replaced it. After reloading Windows 7 and the downloaded drivers, the ports no longer work.
They worked before the reload. I don't think it's a hardware problem.
Any suggestions?

Yes. Of course I did.
This is why I wanted a restore disc that did the factory restore. Dell is SO not serving their customers by not providing that.
