Inspiron 15 3521 webcam settings
When I take a photo with my systems internal webcam, the picture is flicked around, everything on the right is now on the left hand side of the photo.
I was unable to find the control settings of the camera other than changing from still to video camera & brightness of the picture.
Can you let me know where I can find other camera settings so I can fix this issue.

Hello. Look in your list of programs for one named Dell Webcam Central. If you have it, open it and make sure "mirror image" is not checked, or maybe just click "restore default". See the big arrow in the screen shot.
BTW this is the Laptop Audio board. You might get a better answer by asking on the Laptop Video board.
