I received a Inspiron 15 7000 gaming laptop for Christmas and so far whenever I attempt to download any program like Steam, Blizzard Battle Net or Origin the screen will freeze and display this. I've called tech support four different times to fix this problem and seemingly we've done everything but nothing will stop the screen from appearing. I've checked the hardware with F12 and D buttons many times, factory restarted the system, and installed BIOS updates, Intel Graphic updates and NVIDIA updates as well as run tests for both. While running one of the tests for the video graphics, the laptop also gave me a blue error screen which was the cherry on top of all of this. I was also directed to a call with software home support with dell which they offered to look at it for a fee of $120 which I cannot pay. Is there anything I can do before I have to just return the system?
