Inspiron 15 7537 Blank Screen after Log-In

I just purchased this laptop a few weeks ago.  The laptop will allow me to login but then shows a blank screen with cursor only.  I can still access task manager and run the internet from the task manager, but nothing else shows up on the screen. I have restarted multiple times and this does nothing.  Help please??
