Inspiron 15-7537, Windows 10 upgrade, Video driver problems
After a (somewhat) successful upgrade from Windows 8.1 multiple features not working.
- Video driver for Intel HD Family indicates a code 43 (device manager). Tried looking for an updated driver but was unsuccessful. Cannot adjust the screen resolution in Advanced Display settings. In Display Adapter Properties it indicates that a "Microsoft Basic Display Driver" is installed.
- Brightens Function keys do not work.
- Wireless On/Off Function keys does not work
- No Sleep mode
I have tried uninstalling the video driver in Device Manger and reinstalling. The systems attempts to install a driver then gets an error and reverts back to the Basic windows driver.

Thank you!
Should I also uninstall the display driver?

So, did anyone managed to solve this issue?
I have updated the new display driver (4274) & Intel Management Engine Interface Driver (1153) that didn't change anything.
Couldn't get any help from Dell representative as well.
I looked for old IME driver from Intel as someone suggested here, but couldn't say which NUC I have.
If someone did manage to solve this issue please post the way you did that.

No I wasn't able to solve it yet.
I tried to install the latest video driver (4274) & updated my win10 but it did not solve my problem.
this is ridiculous, does anyone knows how to get attention from DELL representative?
this is a DELL official forum & I have not seen any suggestion from DELL besides some nice folk around here.

I am sorry that I have not seen this thread sooner. For those of you that are still having problems with the video driver on the Inspiron 15 7537 with Windows 10 please make sure that the following files have been installed :
OS%20rev%20A13" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">BIOS rev A13, Intel Chipset rev A00, Intel HD graphics rev 4274.
If your model has the discreet Nvidia graphics chip installed please also include rev A00 graphics driver
If you continue to have problems please report back here and include when the problem first occurred, If you where upgrading to Windows 10, or if you already had Windows 10 installed, include the version of the Windows upgrade that may have caused the problem.
Thank you

You listed the Intel Management Engine driver, this is an Intel driver that allows network administrators to manage systems remotely, I do suggest installing it but it has little use for normal home situation. For your system the crucial driver that should be installed prior to the video driver is the Intel Chipset driver, revision A00, and may be downloaded here. If you have not installed this chipset driver yet, you should uninstall the video driver first, install the chipset driver and then reinstall the Intel HD driver. Like Miguel please report back here if you continue to have problems.
