Inspiron 15 7559: Dell OS Recovery Tool error: No images for the tag, though images exist for the product
Hello,
I'm trying to download recovery image for my laptop, but in the Dell OS Recovery Tool I have message
"No images for the tag, though images exist for the product". What does it mean?
Thank you.

Go down on the drivers page until you see the image.
Try not putting your Service Tag in..

I would make a Win 10 Recovery Drive. If this system came with Win 10, it will create a Back to the Factory Recovery. The one time I tested the Image from the Dell site, it did not reinstall the OEM utilities.
But I could be mistaken.

Anything pre-Windows 7 will not have ISO images.

I am having the same problem with the Dell OS Recovery Tool. When I enter the service tag, it tells me "No OS images for the tag, though images exist for the product." in Red text. I don't know how else I can get this pc up and running. Chekh how did you get your issue resolved? I would appreciate any help from anyone.
