Inspiron 15 7559 - No webcam drivers
According to Microsoft, my Inspiron should be compatible with Windows Hello. However, my laptop says it cannot be used with my system. When I look in the device manager, it says my webcam is using the default Microsoft drivers from 2006! I tried to look online using the Hardware ID, but couldn't find it and when I reached out to Dell support chat, they gave me the link to install some software for a monitor from 2008.
Any ideas?

I recently got an Inspiron 17 7000 which came with an infrared camera which works great with facial rec.
I have the impression they have moved away from using a normal webcam for that purpose.. but I could be wrong.

So does my Inspiron 15 of the same series NOT have that type of camera? I didn't see any difference in models when I got it.

I did not see a driver for one on your download page. See if there are any unknown devices but it has an IR emitter just next to it with is an additional small hole.

This is the model I have. The only option for mine is a 720p webcam with dual array microphone.
