Inspiron 15

I have the inspiron 1525 and I'm very happy with it. 

I'm liking the look of the 15, I know what I like and I'd like to stay with my norm.

Please advise if I automatically get with touch screen, the 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i3 Processor version.

Also is the a screen cover, like the type I'm able get with my iPhone 5, the type that you can stick on the screen to you don't mark with your fingers?

If not how much extra is it to have?
