Inspiron 1525 RAM

I need some help picking out some ram for my laptop. I have 2GB HYMP125S64CP8-Y5 ram. My choices are,

2GB 2r*8 pc2-5300 M470T5663QZ3-CE6 SODIMM SAMSUNG

2GB 2R*8 PC2-6400 HYMP125S4CP8-S6 AB SODIMM HYNIX

I am not only concerned that thy work but maybe work in dual channel mode.
