Inspiron 15r laptop help
My dell inspiron 15R (had it since last December) recently got stuck on the black screen with the white dash blinking ( after the dell logo ) I have turned it off and on multiple times, but it still doesn't work. please help.

Press f12 a few times at powerup - boot to the Dell diagnostics and run an extended system test.
