Inspiron 15z 5523 Ultrabook not turning on - no response

Hello,

           I had purchased Inspiron 15Z Ultrabook 5523 year ago. It was working good, I shut it down well but when i tried to turn it on again i didn't get response, no LED, no boot, no fan. such thing happened earlier and i had tried the RESET button which located back side of device. RESET button worked many times for me. But this time the problem i am facing is even RESET button is not working. My charger is functioning well LED on charger is on but when i connect it to device the LED on device for charger showing no response. Please help me.
