Inspiron 15z Touch screen not working and system boots unexpectedly

Issue 1

A couple of months ago I started experiencing ghosts clicks on my device for no apparent reason. I was in the middle of a very hectic project and instead of trying to find a fix for the same, I simple disabled it in the Device manager (under human interface devices). Later I totally forgot about it till now. Now I can't re-enable it. I went to same option, click enable, but it won't work. It shows enabled now (if I right click on the same, it only gives option to disable), but it won't work!

Issue 2

My system, (besides the pathetic battery life it is experiencing) also has started hard rebooting for no logical reason. The trend/isolated use case I realize when it does this is when I pick it up (say from the table/bed/floor anywhere). It is as if the bottom body of the machine is so soft and flexible that when I pick it up, it bends inwards and goes and messes up some circuits inside for the machine to boot unnecessarily

Please suggest some solution for these problems
