Inspiron 1750 Black out
Can some one help with regards to the definition of error code 2000-0146.
My Laptop wont boot up...........tried everything I know, cant even restore factory settings
Diagnostic tool advises a critical driver or file is missing or corrupt

Your hard drive has failed. Replace that first - the do your reload.
