Inspiron (2013) Models 7520 and 5110 Sleep/WakeUp Issues Still Unresolved

I am feeling very sorry for dell support. I am not posting anything new. Look at these active Forums Dell Guys :

People found workaround by never going to sleep mode and replacing their CMOS battery again and again. Do People buy your product  for this kind of Support?. Where is the proper BIOS fix for this issue. Dell guys, Why are you not paying attention to this issue. ???  Every 4th/5th Inspiron 7520 has this issue. Its a manufacturing fault. My $1000 went into trash.
