Inspiron 2200 14.1" LCD replacement

I need to replace an LCD screen for a 14" Inspiron 2200. The existing screen is a JC751, but I can't find any on ebay for a decent price. Other LCD screens from Inspiron 2200's go for about $80. Since the inverter boards come with the LCD's (usually), I would assume the deciding factor on if a different screen would be compatible is if Dell changed the motherboard. Does anybody know if Dell used more than one motherboard for the 2200? or even if they did, are the LCD's interchangeable?

As long as you get the cable and inverter to go with the screen, any 2200 screen will work.
