Inspiron 3542: Dell OS Recovery Tool error: No images for the tag, though images exist for the product
Hi,
i have formatted current os on my laptop and I'm trying to download recovery image(windows 8.1) for my laptop inspiron 3542 by installing os recovery tool on my friends laptop. but in the Dell OS Recovery Tool I have message
"No images for the tag, though images exist for the product".
Please help...

Thanks for posting.
Were you able to successfully register your product with Dell? The service tag may be recognized, but the information provided may not match to be able to download the ISO.
Please try registering your system, and report back. http://dell.to/2xpOANY
