Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I will be glad to assist you regarding this issue. I recommend you run a hardware Diagnostics on your system, to rule out a hardware failure. Follow the steps below.
1. Turn off the computer.
2. Hold down the FN key and then press the power button
The above steps will initiate the hardware diagnostics. In case it gives you any error message make a note of the complete error message or if possible take a screen shot of the error message and send it to us so that we can help you.

The farthest it will load is the black dell sct Tscreen even while i press f12. The fn thing didnt work.
