Inspiron 5548 - Dell OS Recovery Tool error: No images for the tag, though images exist for the product
Hello,
I'm trying to download recovery image for my laptop, but in the Dell OS Recovery Tool I have message
"No images for the tag, though images exist for the product".
The laptop is registered. I visit the drivers & downloads page for the product and in the section for operating system recovery image it turns me to OS Recovery Tool.

What OS shipped with the system, and did you ever upgrade to Windows 10?

The original OS was Windows 8.1. Never upgraded to Win 10.
