Inspiron 6000 Audio Intermittant

My wife has an Inspiron 6000 and the audio seems to be intermittant.  It will work all day using the headphone jack, but when playing any sounds through the laptop's speakers you have to squeeze the back of the unit near the headphone jacks to get any sound out of it.  I'm fairly certain that there is a bad solder joint on the speaker connection.  My question is how hard is it to disassemble the unit to get at this connection?  Which screws need to be removed and which ones should not be touched?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Thank you.  I tried taking off all of the screws around the perimeter of the bottom of the laptop and it didn't wan't to seem to let go at the rear.  I am afraid to pry it too much.  Do you know if it has to be totally dismantled to get the the circuit boards where the headphone jack is on the right back?  Is there something else that needs to come off before the bottom comes away from the main unit?  Thanks again for any help.
