Inspiron 6400 won't turn on
My Inspiron 6400 won't turn on with or without electrc. I rememberafew years ago a Dell tech told me to hold power button and two others. can't rember the sequence. Anyone know?

Is the LED on the power supply ON?

No the light is not on. I have to hold the power button and the plus and minus volumn keys at the same time. Sometimes it takes several tries before itboots up?

If you hold the up/down volumn down at the same time press the power button on and off quickly until an LED light comes on. Those are the three buttons.
