Inspiron 7500 ATI Mobility P Control Panel driver

Hello all,
I have been searching this site for days. I am looking to find either that Control Panel driver/software for a Inspiron 7500 installed with an ATI Mobility P video card. I have downloaded the Driver from the dell site but i do not have any settings under the advanced tab to switch to S-Video. any help greatly appreciated!

Go to the Advanced/Monitors tab.  You should have 3 choices, for the LCD, and external monitor and a TV.  Guess which is the s-video?
 
Hook up the TV, and make sure it is turned on BEFORE you turn on the 7500.
