Inspiron 7559 15'' can't detect SSD in AHCI mode

hello in bios in sata operation i have choss AHCI but i see in the samsung magician program ' achi is disabled for one or more connected SSDs . System must boot in ACHI mode for best performance'

what can i do ? 

i have windows 10 home

and samsung 850 evo m.2

how is the SSD connected to the system? is it an OEM SSD or is it one you have added recently. Apparently it is a known issue with the Magician program. 

Update to the lastest version of the Samsung Magician program and if you system is under warranty please update the BIOS and the IRST drivers.

What model system?

Is this an OEM drive (came with the system or purchased aftermarket with a model number such as 921, 951, etc -- ending in 1) or a retail Samsung drive (model number ends in "0")?

this known problem you said. its fault of samsung magician program? or fault of my computer ?

the ssd is not oem ssd. i buy it another day after i buy my computer. the ssd is samsung evo 850  m.2 socket .

i have update the latest bios.  IRST drivers i dont know what it is ????

The model system is Dell inspiron 7559 with i7 6700HQ cpu.

the SSD is Samsung evo 850 250 GB m.2
