Inspiron 9300 upgrades

I have an Inspiron 9300 running XP Home, 1.73Ghz Pentium M 740 (533 FSB, L2 cache of 2mb), 64mb graphics card, with 512mb ram (533 memory speed).

I plan on upgrading memory to 2GB and saw dell offers 667MHz memory speed upgrade based on my service tag.  I thought for optimal performance the memory speed should match the processor FSB speed.  Any thoughts on this?  Would it be better to find 2GB of memory with speed of 533 Mhz?

Also, would upgrading my processor for $215 to the best Pentium M (2.26 Ghz, 533 FSB) provide much improvement?

And, would upgrading my graphics card to 128mb (approx $150 for used one) or 256mb (approx $250 for used one) be a wise move?  Would this help greatly for 3-D graphics or not much at all?

The RAM won't run any faster than 533 MHz on this model.  Whether the CPU upgrade makes sense depends on what you run - for everyday use the difference won't justify the price.

The video upgrade may make sense if it's a different, faster chip.  If you've already got the same chip, more RAM won't boost speed.
