Inspiron 9300 vertical lines on screen
About a month ago, my laptop got a green hair size line right down the center of the computer screen. Yesterday, a yellow line appeared on the right side, about 2 inches from the edge. Is my video card going? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

To isolate the problem, attach an external monitor. If the lines appear on it, the video card is likely faulty. If they do not, the display panel is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Thanks for the reply. I finally got around to hooking up another monitor. The lines did not appear on the secondary monitor. Where do I go from here?? Thanks again for the help.;
