Inspiron B130: Need Help Installing Drivers after Re-Installing Windows

I had reinstalled Windows XP on a Dell Inspiron B130 computer.  This is my cousin's laptop.  He does not have a CD with the drivers for any hardware devices.  Because the drivers for the wireless adapter are not installed, I cannot log that computer on to Dell's website to get the drivers.  Downloading them to my computer and then installing them to his laptop seems impossible.  Can anyone offer advice on how to do this to get his computer back online?  I'd appreciate any help you could provide.

Also, I was wondering if it is possible to order the drivers and devices for this laptop using the service tag from the computer.

Thanks,
Brian

You need to use another system to download:

The Dell notebook system software

The chipset driver

The driver for the network adapter

Put them on a flash drive and install them in that order.

Then go online and download all the other drivers and Windows updates.
