Inspiron Fan Always On High Speed and Loud

My Inspiron 15-3521's fan always kicks on and runs in high speed (currently 5400 rpm while the high is 5600 rpm and the low is 2000 rpm), only few minutes after it is turned on. The CPU temperature is only 43 c with the high 47 c and low 43 c. I bought this for school but I can't use it in class because it is too noisy! Please help! Thanks!

Hello.

First of all I'd recommend updating BIOS and chipset driver if it's not done as this can resolve high RPM issues.

If this does not help can you possibly verify wich of the fans are running on high RPM? This way you can deduce on wich part the fan is connected as the hardware it's connected to may feed it incorrect input therefore causing it to run on high RPM.

I would recommend using http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/1.24-setup.exe to check on your systems RPM/heat.
