Inspiron I7 7000 2-in-1 Hard Drive(s) Confused

I'm confused. Just bought a 2 in 1 notebook as above which is advertised with a 1tb hard drive and a 120g SSD.... went through start up procedure installing Windows etc.

It has installed Windows 10 on the 1tb hard drive - designated as the C:Drive.  And the SSD 120gb -designated as the D: data drive is empty?

I spoke to someone at Dell - who told me that there is only one drive and that it is partitioned.

So how does that work - ? how can one bit be SSD ?  And why is OS not installed on that.

I'm probably being really thick but would welcome explanation thanks

The system I got only had one 2.5 " SSD.  The M.2 slot was empty.

Are you looking at Disk Management to check where the install is?  If you want to attach a picture use the rich formatting option.
