Inspiron M301Z - something with same battery and cable?
Is there a new model that uses the same battery and adapter as the Inspiron M301Z?
I recently bought, well, an adapter and battery for my old Inspiron. Can I use them as reserves in any new Dell laptops? (13.3 inches)

The battery - no way. Nothing current will take the old system's battery.
The adapter -- probably not; particularly with the slimmer, smaller new systems, the DC jack is smaller than it was on the old system.
