Inspiron N5050 Bluetooth Not Working

Hello sir

last Month I purchased Dell Inspiron N5050 Second generation Laptop, But after bringing it at home when i checked for bluetooth to connect it to my mobile , I didn't find it anywhere. I also installed Driver but it's not working. I visited to laptop dealer and complained for it but they said that this version support bluetooth, Please Tell me what is the actual problem in my laptop or any driver is missing.
