Integrated web camera is not working for dell inspiring 15 3542 windows 8.1

Sir,

My dell inspiron 15 3542 windows 8.1 having central webcam is not working ,my service tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy

I bought my dell laptop 3 months ago from beginning it's not working as on date .I uninstalled the driver from device manager 

Request u to suggest what to do.
