Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Settings

Dear Dell Community,

I have a problem, which I share with there posts, but none of them have an answer.... so I am trying again to find one with your help:

As you can see, after installing then "Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework"-Driver, I only have 1 option to choose from, which is "TDP High" for the i7-5600u CPU from my XPS 13 9343.

What do I have to do to get the "medium" and "low" option in the settings?
