Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Management driver install issue on Alienware 17

So I created a Raid 0 volume on my alienware 17 and with that I had to do a fresh install of Windows and reinstall the driver which should be quick and easy but for some reason Dell in their infinite wisdom decided to package a bad driver with their laptops. There is an install order on the drivers, and im on the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Management driver which is dispatching an error message of "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software."  any thoughts on how to fix this?

I need a fix rather fast since I need to use this laptop to develop C++ code for a robotics competition. Then shortly after that Im selling this laptop since its poorly constructed and I want to bail before it costs me any more money or my sanity.
