Is it safe to update Bios on Dell XPS Laptop?
My Dell XPS Laptop BIOS is up to date I just got the laptop a couple of days ago. If there is a update later on is it safe to update it. I am always nervious when doing anything like updating the BIOS. Thank you,

Hi Reddice,
Welcome to the Community. We do not recommend that you flash your Bios unless its really necessary.
BIOS updates may be released to fix existing bugs, add support for new hardware and standards or add functionality. Read the release notes or other documentation for the BIOS update you're considering to see if the update will benefit your PC.
