Is the Latitude E6420 now supports a mSATA SSD

Hello,

I've read that few years ago, the dell Latitude E6420 does not support SSD on mSATA port.

When I bought my laptop (two months ago), the seller told me that a BIOS update now exists to manage SSD on mSATA. Is this a good information ? Can I mount a mSATA SSD on my laptop ?

Moreover, the seller told me that I can find detached pieces for my laptop on the internet (such as integrated webcam, docks, etc...), can you tell me if a website like this exists ?
