Issue with Bluetooth and Wifi Dell XPS L502X
Hi Folks!
My notebook just arrived but I didn´t enjoy it yet. I can´t use my mouse and others bluetooth devices such as cellphone. My mouse (Dell wireless) is not been recognized. I downloaded some drivers and the problem still occur.
Someone could help me?

There is a windows setting for whether or not a laptop is "Discoverable"
What can I do if my hardware does not work?
Bluetooth not discoverable

Hey SpeedStep,
I really apreciate your help but the problem still occur. Using manual diagnostics and avanced statics of Intel PROSET/WIFI (look the pictures bellow)
Appear this problems. Do you know what this supposed to mean ?
