Issue with creating Recovery Media

Hello Experts.   I have got Dell Inspiron 14R. I am trying to create the recovery media, but after burning the 1st it asks for 2nd, and the moment i insert the second disc, it ejects it out without any information. I have tried creating the media from the start point thrice and every time faced the same issue, thus ending up with 3 first discs but process still incomplete.

Some forum suggests that its a very common issue faced by almost everyone. Is there any solution to it?
