Jumping cursor - solved

My inspiron 15z-552E has had an unusual problem with the cursor. Rarely, as in every other month or so, the cursor would suddenly start to jump crazily when I use the touch pad, I only use the touch pad no mouse, it didn't jump when I typed only when I used the touch pad..... I never did find an online solution to this problem but I did find a solution. Every time this happened I would open a notepad file i kept on the problem and wright everything happening at the time. The program I happened to be using had nothing to do with the problem. It was the charger! Now this is a Dell charger, AA65NM121, not some knock off but if the charger is plugged into the computer and the battery is fully charged sometimes this jumping cursor happens. Unplug the charger from the laptop and the problem stops immediately!
