Keyboard issue Inspiron 15R 5220
Hi All,
I have an Inspiron 15R 5220. A month ago some keys in my keyboard were not working (b,n, spacebar, movement arrows)
I bought a new keyboard and replaced the old one, but the issue continues. I think it could be a motherboard issue.
Also, I connected an USB keyboard and it works good.
Your thoughts?

Thanks for posting.
Apologies that your system is not working as well as you expected. In researching this, I've found an article and some ideas which may be helpful: http://dell.to/2nVbfKa
Also, try checking the keyboard connection. It could be slightly offset and reading the input incorrectly. Also, try starting in Safe Mode and see if the problem continues. That will eliminate software as an issue. Thanks
