L501X Battery
Is there a flat battery available for the L501X. I liked the idea of a built-in stand at first, but now I'm seeing it prevents my laptop cooler from doing its thing since the laptop is always raised. I can't quite tell from the images so I was hoping someone on here knows if there's a replacement battery I can get that doesn't raise the computer up.

I believe that the six cell battery (part #W3Y7C) lies flat and doesn’t elevate the notebook like the nine cell battery. Having the notebook raised with the nine cells though should actually help keep the notebook cooler.

I did a search for that part number and nothing came up. Is it the same as the 6-cell battery I found with:
"Manufacturer Part# J70W7
Dell Part# 312-1123"
?
Is there any confirmation that the 6-cell will lie flat? I want to be sure before I purchase it.

Yeah from my information the six cell batteries lie flat while the nine cell batteries will raise the system.
