LED Screen Spot on Dell Inspiron n5010

HI,

I have purchase Dell Inspiron n5010, few day ago. After one or two day I found that there is a black tiny spot on LED. Its almost 1 pixel. I just want to know that what is Dell warienty policy about LED spot.

Or can any one here share the link of detailed warienty policy about LED or Screen spots.

Thanks in advance.

You should contact Dell Support right away. There is a limited time to get a replacement computer. Here is the general policy, but it could be different on a brand new unit.

Thanks for quick response. I have contact to local shopkeeper from where I bought laptop. He said that, when 3 or more then 3 spots are appear on your screens than you are able from warienty claim. Is this true ?

or can share dell support email address. Thanks

That likely is correct - and though systems bought direct from Dell have a 21-day satisfaction guarantee, whereby you can have a system replaced, whatever guarantee of that type you have would depend on the retailer from whom you purchased the system.

Ask them for a replacement system.
