Laptop Issues
I'll keep this brief.
I purchased a Dell Inspiron 14 3000 in mid 2015. Around mid 2016 it completely shutdown. I bought a new charger, nothing happened. I bought a new battery, nothing happened. The charge light doesn't come on and it doesn't respond to the power button, no beeps, no lights, nothing. I totally just left it alone for about 6 months, but my severe laziness gets stronger by the day, and let me tell you, the whole of idea of sitting at a desktop actually makes me sad.
Please....Help me.

The mainboard is toast -- these probably sold for under $250 brand-new, meaning replacing a board for $150 (and that's without labor) makes little sense. When these have a major failure, they're essentially destined for the recycling bin.
