Laptop beeping when I turn it on

First thing to try is replacing the CMOS/reserve battery.  If you need help finding out how to do this, we'll need the model information (i.e., Inspiron N5110, 5531, etc.).

Need specific model information to be able to help out.  This could mean a lot, and by knowing what model you have, we can help determine what the beeps signify.
