Laptop is not booting up

Dear Sir/Madam,

I own an Inspiron n4010 laptop. It's not starting up. It turns on, shows the dell logo, and when the Windows logo begins to show up, a blue screen flashes and the system restarts.

I have tried launch repair and it shows "Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically".

What should I do?

I also like to suggest you launch repairs again and try "Last Known Good Configuration", Safe mode With Networking and Safe mode with command prompt. Hopefully one of them work.

Note: I'm assuming you're running windows 7 on the system? Correct ?

Please run the diagnostic tool on your computer. Please click on the link below. Report back any error code

1. Power off computer

2. Power on computer, quickly start tapping the F12 key, you should see diagnostic, click on it.
